Faulty or incorrect items (Consumer Guarantees Act)
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty, not as described, or does not do what it is reasonably expected to do.
If you believe an item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with:

A brief description of the issue (photos are helpful).
We will assess the issue and arrange a suitable remedy in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Return conditions
Where a return is approved:

Items must be unused and in original condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in return transit.
Refund processing
Once a return is received and approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
